of raw land and the largest private lake in Indiana he installed
5 miles of roadway, underground utilities, water tower, and
sewage treatment plant. Homes ranged up to $700,000. With terrains
up to 900 ft. elevations this was the first planned unit development
approved by Clark County. Charles also built homes and operated
equipment. |
